MULTIWALL POLYCARBONATE SHEET EXTRUDED PRIMARILY FROM REGRIND PC

MULTICLEAR® is a range of high quality polycarbonate extruded multiwall sheet(s).
The MULTICLEAR® production facility has the latest extrusion technology purpose built to focus on high quality production and flexible service dedicated to the multiwall programme. MULTICLEAR® RPC is a range of products extruded primarily from regrind polycarbonate. With RPC you will get a product with high impact strength and high temperature resistance at a very competitive price.

RPC WITH ONE SIDE COLOURED

Arla Plast has a long experience of co-extrusion and can offer black multiwall structure with one co-extruded side to widen the use of RPC multiwall sheets. It can be combined with UV protection on the other side.

UV PROTECTION

MULTICLEAR® RPC sheet can be protected against UV radiation on the top side. This makes it a great choice for outdoor applications.

IMPACT STRENGTH

The multiwall polycarbonate sheet has superior impact strength at quarter of the weight of glass of equivalent thickness. MULTICLEAR® is more than four times the impact strength of PVC and more than ten times the impact strength of PMMA. The product has outstanding aesthetic quality replacing wood and other plastics in various applications.

FIRE PERFORMANCE

In case of fire, MULTICLEAR® sheet range will melt and allow venting where heat and smoke will be let out of the building and therefore reduce the growth of fire by flame spread.
