Arla Plast has built new factory
Arla Plast builds a new factory for polycarbonate Multiwall sheets in Kadan, Czech Republic to further strengthen its position in the European market and also appoints Ayub Adam as Market Director for the new Multiwall team in Europe.

The construction of the factory was ongoing and production started in December 2005. Mr. Ayub Adam will be responsible for the market development of Multiwall polycarbonate and allied products, which will be manufactured at the new plant in Kadan, the Czech Republic.
Mr. Adam joined Arla Plast on 1st Sept 2005. He has worked in the plastics industry over the past 22 years in the Netherlands, Germany and in the UK primarily for GE Plastics then for Barlo Plastics as Business Director.
During this period he held a variety of strategic positions: Research and Technical manager, Quality assurance manager, Key Account Executive, Field Market Development manager, Applications Director and he was a Business Director of the High Impact products business units based in Nischwitz and Moussey.
Mr. Adam studied at the University of Lancaster (UK) and has a BSc. in Chemistry with polymer Science and Technology and further a post-graduate MSc. in New polymer synthesis. |
